Live-Training

Live trainings are online or physical events. In this article you will learn how to create a live training.

How to create a Live Training

  1. First click +New in the upper right corner and then click Live Training.

  2. Enter the information as usual.

  3. Under Content you now click on the calendar and select the start and end date of the training. If it is a one-day event, simply click twice on the start date.

  4. Then click Add event.

  5. You can choose between a physical address and an Online event. The mandatory fields are marked with *.

  6. If you are planning a multi-day event and the details of the days are different (different room, start/end time), you can click on Edit Single Days to edit each day individually.

  7. To assign users directly to a specific event, click on the red bordered icon. This is also the place where you can later check and change the attendance of the participants.

  8. If you don't want to assign users to a specific event, but leave the choice of event up to them, you can assign them as usual under Assignments.

  9. To add more events to this classroom training, simply go back to Content, select the start date, and click Add Event.

FAQ Live-Trainings

Which roles can mark attendances for participants?

Currently, the following roles can mark all attendances for all days.
  1. Admin
  2. Author
  3. Global Coach
In addition, we will promptly enable the instructors of the respective classroom trainings to change the attendances in the events assigned to them.

Why can I choose only one start date if I want to repeat an event?

In an attendance training, all events must have the same number of days and therefore cannot be changed after the first date. The reason is that attendances can also be collected over several dates to complete an attendance training. If the number of days is variable here, this would not be possible.

Can I integrate classroom training into learning paths?

Classroom training can be part of a learning path just like any other elearnio course. As soon as a classroom training is activated via a learning path, participants will receive an email and can register for an event.
The field Location Name is a free text field and you can simply enter the link in parenthesis here. For pure online events just use Online event.
